Watch Services
Watches are subject to daily wear and tear, but regular maintenance will ensure that your beloved timepiece lasts for years to come.
We are authorised dealers of all our branded timepieces, so we are able to insure and send them to their required watchmakers for their service, repair or refurbishment.
Our expert team will be more than happy to answer any queries you have regarding any care & servicing your timepiece may require.
THE WATCH REPAIRS PROCESS
STEP ONE
Our team will be able to examine your timepiece in-store to determine what level of repair is required and provide you with a quote.
Some timepieces will need to be examined at the relevant watch house for a quote to be provided.
STEP TWO
If no additional work is required on your timepiece, the watchmakers will begin working on your timepiece, and our team will only contact you if any additional repairs are required.
STEP THREE
Once you have proceeded with your quote, we will give instructions to the watchmakers to begin working on your timepiece.
Timescales can differ between watch houses.
STEP FOUR
Our dedicated team will contact you once your timepiece has been returned to us from the relevant watchhouse and is ready to be collected.
Your timepiece is now ready to be enjoyed again.
BATTERY REPLACEMENTS
Battery Replacements
MANUFACTURER REPLACEMENTS
When your battery stops working, it is important to replace it because it can leak and damage the mechanism.
To ensure water resistancy, manufacturers will reseal and pressure test your timepiece. Our team will be happy to guide you through the process of sending your timepiece for its required battery & reseal.
IN-STORE REPLACEMENTS
We are able to offer an onsite watch battery replacement service in-store for watches that do not require resealing.
THE PERFECT FIT
Bracelet Adjustments
Our in-house watch experts are on hand to measure your wrist to find the best fit possible for your timepiece.
We can then adjust your watch in-house using our specialist tools and equipment.

Watch Straps & Bracelets
If you're looking for a way to reinvigorate the look of your timepiece, our in-store experts are on hand to advise you on what options are available.
As an authorised agent for all our watch brands, our team are able to order and fit your desired option in-house to completely refresh the look of your watch.
We also offer a selection of Hirsch high-quality leather straps available in-store.
