THE JEWELLERY REPAIRS PROCESS
STEP ONE
After you’ve handed your jewellery over to our in-store specialist team, our goldsmith will assess your piece and determine what level of repair is needed.
STEP TWO
Once our goldsmith has assessed your jewellery, our dedicated repairs team will be in touch to provide you with your repair estimate.
STEP THREE
After you have proceeded with the estimate provided, our goldsmith will begin the required repair of your jewellery.
STEP FOUR
Our repairs team will contact you once the repair has been completed on your jewellery item by our goldsmith.

CLEANING & INSPECTION
Our specialist team can clean, polish and inspect the setting of your jewellery in-store.
This service is available on the day, and no appointment is required.
RHODIUM PLATING
The surface of your white gold jewellery may become dull and lack its original brilliant shine. With rhodium replating, we can make your jewellery sparkle like new again. This process gives your white gold jewellery a mirror-gloss polish.
We provide an in-store re-rhodium plating service, which is available on the day with no appointment required.

Ring Re-Sizing
We are dedicated to making sure your rings fit you perfectly.
Please visit our knowledgeable team of repair specialists in-store if your rings need to be resized. We will measure your finger to obtain the perfect fit for your rings to ensure comfort and security.

VALUATIONS
We offer a valuation service provided by Safeguard at the Birmingham Assay Office, this service provides you with a detailed report about your jewellery items.
This helps you to determine the value of your jewellery or watches to be used for a variety of purposes including insurance, probate, private sale and family division.
PEARL RE-THREADING
We provide a pearl redesign service where we can use your existing pearls to create new necklaces and bracelets if you have a string of pearls you'd like to give fresh life to.
Re-threading your pearls regularly is something we advise to prevent unexpected breakages and consequent damage to the individual pearls in your jewellery item.
