Preston and Duckworth accepts the following forms of payment:

All orders can be collected in-store at Preston & Duckworth in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. Please select the "collect in-store" option at checkout.
All orders within the UK are delivered free of charge using Royal Mail Tracked. Orders placed before 3pm on weekdays and 11am on Saturdays will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed on Sundays will be shipped the following Monday.

Due to the current pandemic once your item has been shipped and we have provided you with a Royal Mail tracking number we cannot be held responsible for the delivery of your order due to the Royal Mail postal signature processes. Please contact us before ordering if you have any questions regarding our shipping policy.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt for a full refund to your original method of payment. Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable for unsuitable or unwanted items. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn and unaltered) with the security seal intact and tags attached and in their original packaging. If the security tag is broken or altered you will be ineligible to return your item.
With all returns please could you email us at email@example.com to arrange your return. We recommended using a recorded/signed for delivery service so the parcel is insured and can be tracked.
Please allow 10 working days from our receipt of receiving your returned order for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
If your item is faulty, please phone us on 01284 705109 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a return postage label. Faulty items must be returned within 10 days of notification.
Official Stockists and Warranties
Preston and Duckworth are official stockists of all watch brands shown on this website. As official stockists of all of our brands, all watches purchased on our website come with the full international manufacturers guarantee with our official stockist stamp. All our products come with a minimum 1 year manufactures warranty. The length of individual warranties can be found in the product description.
In the unlikely event that you experience a problem with your purchase after wearing it please email us at email@example.com or by any of the methods on our contact page and a member of our team will be happy to assist you.
When purchasing a watch that has an adjustable link bracelet, we will happily adjust the bracelet to fit your wrist before sending your watch to you - free of charge.
Simply type your wrist measurement (in inches or centimetres) into the order notes section of the checkout and we will ensure the watch bracelet is adjusted accordingly before being sent. We will include all surplus links with your watch. We recommend you measure your wrist with a strip of paper, which you can measure against a ruler. You should allow about half a centimeter excess to prevent your watch from being too tight.
Watches with bracelets adjusted by Preston and Duckworth are still eligible for return.
Batteries are included in all of our watches. These are fitted at the factory by the manufacturer – your watch is ready to wear as soon as you receive it.
The redeem a discount code, simply click on the blue highlighted text opposite the “customer information” section at checkout - please see screenshot below. The code will automatically be applied to your order and the total will be amended accordingly.
